We are delighted to offer our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia and the United Kingdom.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We take pride in offering international shipping services. However, there are some countries we are unable to deliver to. If you are located in one of these countries, we will contact you.
LOST/MISSED PACKAGES
DISPEP™ is not responsible if an incorrect address is provided during the order process. Please make sure your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before completing your order. If we make a mistake, we take full responsibility and will resend the original order to you free of charge.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
We are not responsible for customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.
SHIPPING TIME
Shipping usually takes 7–13 business days.
This does not include our 2–3 day processing time.
All shipping times exclude delays caused by customs clearance or other handling.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, but sometimes tracking is not available due to free shipping.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT.”
For some carriers, it takes 2–3 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed over 7 business days ago and you still have no tracking information, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS SHIP IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may sometimes be shipped separately, even if you selected combined shipping.
